BetVictor Group are home to multiple gaming brands providing a first-class sports betting and gaming entertainment experience within the UK and other core markets internationally.

Purpose of the role:

The Commercial Financial Planning Analyst will be reporting to Director of financial planning, playing a key role on Budgeting and Forecasting Processes on what regards to Commercial Financial KPIs and, will also be a daily partner to Commercial Business Teams, supporting all their analyses on relevant KPIs through financial modelling, planning & analysis on existing and new Markets and B2B Brands.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • FP&A team member responsible for annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly latest estimations, and variance analyses on monthly results on what regards to Commercial KPIs.
  • Support all Business Region and B2B Brand Managers with strategic business analysis and/or financial models related to each of their Regions/Brands or the extension of those brands in new jurisdictions and new B2B agreements.
  • Support all Business Region and Brand Managers with the production and maintenance of budgets and forecast Models as well as the ongoing weekly, fortnight and monthly reporting and Analyses of actual performance vs those plans.
  • Act as interface between Commercial Teams and corporate finance department in relation to monthly finance reporting, variance analyses and any queries related to the Business and/or partnerships.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel Skills (outstanding with exemplary proficiency in using pre-defined formulas, charts, building macros, import and export data to other systems)
  • Working experience on Planning and analysis and presentation of strategic Data and Business KPIS to C-levels and other business stakeholders.
  • Previous Experience within Online gaming industry is preferable. (Knowledge of BASIC Gaming Commercial KPIS_ FP&A or BI departments working background)
  • Very strong communicator and able to develop cross-functional relationships effectively and quickly.
  • Capacity of building planning models from scratch
  • Knowledge of P&L Accounting Concepts desirable. (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAS, CPA, CFA or equivalent accounting or financial analyst certification preferred)
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Self-motivated with capacity of attention to detail but also high-level analyses.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines (very flexible about working hours and with understanding of the level of urgency required to support important strategic business initiatives). Deadlines and priorities focus and not time schedule oriented.
