Description

Purpose of the role:

The retention & engagement executive will be responsible for the content displayed across our Canada & Brazil websites (with a focus on Canada), as well as customer retention with the use of our marketing tools. They will manage website content to ensure it is accurate and in conjunction with the major sports and events, as well as assist in the planning & creation of retention promotions for those events.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Responsible for the upkeep and management of the Canada & Brazil sites, ensuring the key sporting events are highlighted on the website and tailored for the target audience.
  • Assist in planning and creating retention offers for both sports and casino, as well as delivery of those campaigns through marketing channels.
  • Use data and analysis to help drive revenue through placement and quality of our products and tools.
  • Responsible for the setup of new websites and configurations as we move focus into new markets.
  • Deliver releases and features direct from the product team to customer’s fingertips and help shape the product roadmap through continuous feedback, learning, and ability to interpret a customer’s requirements.
  • Execute engagement strategies to help promote the latest products, markets, and innovations.
  • Work closely with the Retention & Engagement Manager to align on the delivery of all campaigns.
  • Work alongside Creative to request and ensure assets are delivered in time for major sporting events and projects.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the gaming industry with a good knowledge of sports.
  • Fluent in English is required. Other languages would also be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable presenting plans and ideas to help improve functionality.
  • Able to develop cross-functional relationships effectively and quickly.
  • A well organised individual who can plan, prioritise, and deliver campaigns to deadlines and achieve required results.
  • An extremely well organised individual, able to prioritise, multi-task and deliver work to deadlines.
  • A knowledge of basic HTML is a plus.
  • This role is based on a 40-hour working week including weekend work, as the business requires.
