We’re data driven with software at our core and due to the continuous growth of our brands, we are on a quest to find a  Digital Marketing Analyst to join the team here in our fantastic Gibraltar offices to help shape the future direction of our analytics and reporting.

Where you fit in.

Reporting directly to our Director of BI, you will be joining a growing, tight knit team that guides and supports business decisions particularly relating to our acquisition and retention campaigns.

We will be looking to you to own your own area of the business and take responsibility for defining the data analysis and reporting, with a focus on the marketing data, and to ensure the resulting structures are maintained, and to also look at our existing processes and systems and identify areas of improvement relating to customer experience, risk management, efficiency, and revenue.

You will also find yourself supporting the reporting and analytics function and BI generally to help to prioritise workloads and achieve team objectives. Additionally, you will be working very closely with stakeholders to identify their priorities and define good requirements that provide a timely fulfilment.

Who you are.

We are looking for someone who has a love of all things data, strong analytical skills to help identify business needs and generate insights and a good understanding of statistical analysis techniques.

You will need experience working in an analytics function, preferably within online gaming or a similar fast-paced, highly transactional industry. Familiarity with designing, constructing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and other reports relating to trends and opportunities in marketing efficiency, ROI, customer behaviour, business processes and customer interactions.

As we are a global brand you will find yourself engaging with a cross section of internal and external stakeholders, and therefore a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Hands on experience you will need to bring.

You will need to bring a scientific approach to problem solving, along with a strong knowledge of querying data with SQL, preferably BigQuery or one of the similar database engines, and the ability to work with complex data structures.

You will also need hands on experience with the following:

·        Advanced Excel

·        Tableau Creator

Whilst the above is just a snapshot of what we use on a day-to-day basis, it would be nice if you also had any of the following:

  • Python or R
  • Sports Betting or Online Casino knowledge
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Educational qualifications in a Scientific or quantitative field.
