Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execution of CRM campaigns for the business – including email, inbox, push message, SMS marketing, web banners and others as required (email + mobile). 
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and resolutions (email HTML, inbox, Push, SMS) and work in conjunction with CRM Campaign Leads to ensure campaigns are delivered in time according with the Promotional Plan. 
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business. 
  • Create responsive email templates. 
  • Set up automated CRM campaigns, triggered campaigns, instant campaigns and dynamic campaigns across all channels. 
  • Development and manipulation of HTML emails to adhere to industry best-practice. 
  • Understand and advise the CRM Campaign Lead on recipient list management, data cleansing and audience segmentation topics. 
  • Execute promotional CRM campaigns across all channels once signed off by promo owner. 
  • Track and monitor the send, delivery and response of each campaign. 
  • Utilise A/B testing techniques to optimise. 

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications: 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills: 

  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills. 
  • Good analytical skills gathering and analysing data to help understand the customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy. 
  • Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.). 
  • Experience of working with Content and/or Campaign Management Systems preferred. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail 
  • Excellent Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal.
