We're currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive (PPC) with hands-on PPC experience in areas including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads to join our team here in our Gibraltar offices, to help create and manage our PPC campaigns across all major search engines as well as implementing and maintaining all of the assigned campaigns set by the Brand Acquisition Managers across our group.

You will oversee the allocated budget and provide analysis of the campaign performance basing your recommendations on next steps. In addition, you will also be providing weekly and monthly analysis reports to senior stakeholders, outlining the progression towards monthly FTD, NGR & ROAS targets set. 

What you will be doing:

Managing keyword lists, ad creative, and bids across Google AdWords, BingAds, ASA and other PPC channels to achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You will be accountable for overseeing that all our PPC campaigns continuously meet exacting standards and adhere to company and compliance guidelines as well as search engine’s regulations.

Using a variety of MarTech third party tools to compile and draw insight from both company specific, sector-specific, and generic industry data, to better understand user trends and behaviour and add context to the performance of each account in order to improve campaigns’ performance.

Conducting in-depth competitor analysis, search engines and periodic engine modifications and be knowledgeable on new discoveries in the PPC field to assure company’s competitiveness is kept within the industry.

Implementing PPC strategies across a number of accounts and manage the campaigns accordingly in order to achieve monthly and annually volume and profitability targets.

Ensuring that the managed accounts have a robust commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business expectations and commercial standards.

Taking responsibility for the day-to-day execution and management of accounts, carrying out technical changes, analysing and drawing insight from third party analytics data and implementing innovative management techniques to maximise campaigns’ performance.

Delivering best practice management techniques across each assigned campaign to ensure BV Group's brands are found easily on search engine platforms.

Working closely with the PPC Manager to execute campaigns to ensure high and unified standards are met.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns to inform future campaign strategies.

Monitoring daily the campaign’s performance (such as keyword research, keyword optimization, ad and campaign optimization, competitors’ monitoring) to achieve monthly FTDs and NGR targets.

Ensuring the timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly data checks and optimisations to provide the needed financial data for reporting.

Measuring the effectiveness of the campaigns and deduct conclusions to be implemented to improve campaign’s performance in traffic volume and conversions rates to match KPI targets.

Necessary Experience 

  • Hands-on PPC experience – Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads. Experience with SA360 and CM360 would be great.
  • Managing high budget campaigns
  • Track record of high volume PPC campaigns’ performance
  • Ability to identify & mitigate tracking problems.
  • Mathematical proficiency and excellent excel skills and competent level of skill with MS Office.
  • Results orientated individual with focus on successful delivery, agility, and self-control under pressure.
  • Proven analytical capability and deep understanding of BI/data analytics.
