We're now seeking an Acquisition Executive to join our team and drive our customer acquisition strategy in the UK market. In this role, you'll collaborate with our in-house digital marketing team to develop and implement effective acquisition campaigns.

While the focus is on strategic planning, a solid understanding of performance marketing tactics such as PPC, Display, Affiliate, and Programmatic advertising is beneficial to ensure seamless integration with broader marketing strategies.

What you will need to succeed in this role

You will need a strong background in PPC, Paid Social, and Display advertising and hands-on experience on both agency and client sides.

Additionally, you will be well-versed in Google Ads and Facebook Ads and have experience with Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads and Programmatic advertising would be a definite advantage.

All round competency using project and process management tools and strong copywriting skills are a must. You’ll also need advanced Excel skills to enable you to independently plan and execute paid media campaigns while ensuring compliance in campaign management.

The ability to manage budgets and align them with key performance metrics and understanding best practices in digital marketing, including targeting and retargeting techniques, is essential. Your analytical abilities will allow you to interpret data effectively, guiding campaign decisions.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and coordination of performance marketing and organic channels aiming to ensure that these channels align with broader marketing goals and contribute to our acquisition efforts.

You will share responsibility for managing budgets across various channels, focusing on efficient allocation to maximize return on investment and provide strategic oversight to the Display and PPC teams, ensuring that their day-to-day operations support our acquisition goals.

A key aspect of this role will be compiling and analysing acquisition data to deliver reports on the department's performance. The reports will range from daily to monthly and assist when making strategic recommendations based on your analysis.

You will also coordinate the scheduling and compliance of event-specific advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with our marketing calendar and meet regulatory standards and oversee the compliance review process for each campaign, guaranteeing that all communications are approved before launch.

You will work closely with the Creative Department to brief and secure timely delivery of Display assets, adhering to campaign schedules. Managing the financial aspects of the acquisition campaigns, including billing reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting expenditures, will also be part of this role.
