We are looking for a seasoned Engagement and Activation Manager to take care of enhancing our online presence and partnerships for the UK brands.

This role demands a proactive, data-driven individual capable of managing website component content strategies, and leading on sports sponsorships, particularly in football, to boost brand visibility and engagement.

You will therefore need to have a solid background in brand management, possess strong analytical skills, and be adept at working with both internal teams and external partners to achieve our marketing goals.

Your goal will be to ensure our brands stand out in the competitive online gaming market through strategic content updates, effective partnership activations, and consistent growth measurement.

This is a hands-on position suited for a leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering tangible results across two dynamic brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CMS Management
  • Oversee a team responsible for maintaining and updating the website, ensuring all key banners, components, and markets are current to maximize revenue, with direct oversight on strategic decisions.
  • Lead the commercial strategy for the website, guiding the team to prioritize revenue-generating components while providing hands-on support as needed.
  • Manage the use of SEO and Google Analytics, directing the team in content management and blog updates to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Offer expertise and leadership in enhancing website customer experience (CX), using a solid understanding of website dynamics and sports betting to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.

Partnerships & Activations

  • Direct the management of sports sponsorships, particularly in football, ensuring partnerships are fully leveraged and meet brand objectives.
  • Oversee partnership management, guiding the team to utilize deliverables and assets effectively, with a focus on enhancing brand prominence and visibility.
  • Lead on the creation and execution of sports calendars and media plans, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting of brand visibility and growth.
  • Coordinate daily with multiple clubs, overseeing the team's efforts to maintain and grow brand visibility, providing strategic direction and hands-on support when necessary.

General

  • Assume responsibility for managing our social media agency, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy, and providing direction for all executed work.
  • Emphasize data-driven decision-making, overseeing the team's reporting and analysis activities to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, not only guiding the existing team in their duties but also managing base activities and ensuring strategic goals are met.
  • Engage in direct oversight and strategic management while remaining hands-on and available to support the team in achieving their objectives.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the online gaming industry or related fields, with specific expertise in the UK market.
  • Experience in managing sponsorships, with a focus on sports, particularly football.
  • Strong knowledge of website management, especially in keeping key banners, components, and markets up to date to maximize revenue.
  • Proven experience in commercial strategy, prioritizing components that generate significant revenue.
  • Expertise in managing sports calendars and media plans, with an emphasis on measuring and reporting results to ensure brand visibility and growth.
  • Proficient with SEO tools and Google Analytics, utilising these tools to drive content management and ensure the website content remains current.
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and manage a team towards achieving partnership goals.
  • Data-driven individual, with a comprehensive understanding of measurement and reporting techniques to assess performance and outcomes effectively.
