We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Engagement & Activations Executive to support the enhancement of our online presence and strengthen our partnerships for UK brands.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and creative individual who is eager to contribute in sports marketing sponsorships, with a focus on football, across social media and online display.

You will play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility, including online marketing activities, and engagement under the guidance of our seasoned Engagement and Partnerships Manager.

Partnerships & Activations

  • Support the management of sports marketing sponsorships, particularly in football, helping to ensure that partnerships align with and meet brand awareness objectives.
  • Assist in partnership management, helping guide the team in the effective utilisation of deliverables and assets in marketing the brand online to enhance brand prominence and visibility.
  • Support in producing creative and innovating ways to use partner content and marketing materials online while ensuring to remain compliant and within the brand's tone of voice.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of sports calendars and media marketing plans, assisting in the measurement and reporting of brand visibility and growth.
  • Aid in coordination with multiple clubs, supporting the team's efforts to maintain and grow brand visibility under strategic guidance.


  • CMS Management - Support in maintaining, creating and updating the website, ensuring that all key banners, components, and markets are current to maximize revenue, under the guidance of the management.
  • Work with the sports trading team to create new appealing markets to be displayed on site.
    Assist in managing our social media agency, ensuring their efforts align with our brand strategy, and providing support for all executed work.
  • Plan for upcoming popular sporting events and identity trending markets to help drive traffic from our social media platforms.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by participating in the team's reporting and analysis activities to help inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
  • Contribute to strong leadership within the team, supporting the management of base activities and strategic goal achievement.
  • Provide hands-on support and be readily available to assist the team in achieving their objectives, ensuring efficient operational flow.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in the online gaming industry or related fields, with a good understanding of the UK market.
  • A strong understanding of various social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • A keen interest in sponsorships, particularly within sports and football, demonstrating enthusiasm and basic knowledge in this area.
  • Familiarity with website management, specifically maintaining key banners, components, and markets to support revenue maximization.
  • Practical knowledge in supporting the management of sports calendars and media plans, with a focus on assisting in measuring and reporting to enhance brand visibility and growth.
  • Solid interpersonal and support skills, capable of effectively assisting in leading a team towards achieving partnership goals.
  • A creative mindset to produce exciting new ideas for on-site performance and sponsorship activities.
  • Analytically inclined, with a willingness to understand the measurement and reporting techniques to help assess performance and outcomes effectively.
  • A vast knowledge across sports, particularly in football, is very advantageous.
