Senior Digital Marketing Executive | Gibraltar | On-Site

BVGroup, a top player in sports betting and gaming entertainment both in the UK and globally, is on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our display marketing initiatives across various brands and countries.

Based in the vibrant hub of Gibraltar, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to craft and oversee impactful display campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including Paid Social, In-app, and Programmatic advertising.

Reporting directly to the Display Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Executive will direct two executives and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. You will also be responsible for budget management, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Oversight: Ensure all Display campaigns consistently meet high standards and comply with company guidelines and channel regulations.
  • Strategy Implementation: Execute Display strategies set by the Display Manager across all accounts, managing campaigns to achieve monthly and annual volume and profitability targets.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and maintain robust commercial strategies for managed accounts, setting specific performance targets and objectives to meet or exceed business expectations.
  • Account Management: Handle the day-to-day management of accounts, making technical changes, analysing third-party analytics data, and applying innovative techniques to maximize campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Display Manager to execute flawless campaigns, maintaining high and unified standards. Aid junior executives with day-to-day execution queries and act as the main point of contact for the team. Represent the team in recurring meetings in place of the manager when needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate reporting for data analysis required by the company, ensuring insights are actionable and strategic.
  • Audience and Ad Management: Manage audiences, app/website lists, and ad creatives across all Display channels to achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing sources, ads, and campaigns, and keeping an eye on competitors to meet monthly FTDs and NGR targets.
  • Data Checks and Optimizations: Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly data checks and optimizations to provide accurate financial data for reporting.

Skills and Experience

  • Expertise: Hands-on experience within digital marketing campaigns. Experience managing app and web programmatic advertising and advantage.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full-Funnel Marketing: Experience throughout the entire Marketing Funnel (Awareness, Prospecting, Remarketing).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Display software (MMPs, Ad Networks, DSPs, Business Manager) and excellent Excel skills.
  • Analysis / Reporting: Ability to analyse data sets, identify trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Data-centric decision-making capabilities to influence change and execute strategic adjustments.
  • Process Management: Ensures operational workflows and processes are well defined, continually evolve with the needs of the team and business and are properly followed by self and team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Performance-Driven: Results-oriented with a focus on successful delivery, agility, and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Industry Knowledge: Gaming industry experience across multiple territories is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or a directly relevant position.
