Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research: Identify content gaps and perform comprehensive keyword research.
- Content Creation: Develop content briefs and schedules for all our brands, and create, optimise, and publish engaging content to boost organic traffic.
- On-Page Optimisation: Analyse and enhance existing pages, optimise titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking opportunities.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with agencies to ideate, produce and distribute captivating content and PR pieces across multiple markets.
- Performance Reporting: Approve content and press releases, and report on PR campaign performance and link acquisitions using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Skills:
- Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Content Expertise: Experience in writing and uploading content for an online brand or portfolio of brands.
- Detail-Oriented: Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including content creators and external agencies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.
- Strategic Thinker: Capable of implementing campaign strategies and setting KPIs.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train junior members plus support task management and prioritisation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as an SEO executive or in a similar role within online marketing.
- Experience in the gaming industry or with gaming brands is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of the casino/sports betting niche is preferred but not essential.
