We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to help grow and optimise our affiliate partnerships globally across all verticals. You will be working closely with our Head of Affiliates and leading mentoring a team of affiliate executives.
What you will be doing:
- Managing, growing, and optimising affiliate partnerships across all the jurisdictions for our core markets.
- Analysing affiliate performance data and providing key insights based upon this.
- Developing and fostering strong relationships with our key affiliate partners.
- Effectively managing the affiliate marketing budget.
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders across the wider business to align on strategy.
What you will need to succeed:
- 3+ years experience in Online Gaming and Sports Betting and experience at senior level in affiliate marketing across UK and Tier 1 Geo’s.
- Excellent leadership skills along with previous experience of managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- You will need to be a strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills and have the ability to develop and build relationships with key strategic partners.
Nice to have
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- High level Excel and preferably Tableau
