Affiliate Operation Manager | Gibraltar | On-site.

We are seeking an Affiliate Operation Manager to ensure the smooth running of affiliate operations for all brands and regions and to ensure Payments, Due Diligence, Compliance, and monitoring is completed to required standards and company procedures are adhered to.

Working closely with Head of Operation and supervising Affiliate Operation team to establish efficient processes to regulatory guidelines and guarantee the effectiveness of these controls to internal and external stakeholders.

 An important part of this role includes delivering training plans and guiding team members to help establish and improve existing processes. As well as being responsible for operating a service line between all affiliate staff across the business.

What you will be doing.

  • Ensuring relevant due diligence and checks to verify commission payments and compliance ahead of onboarding are carried out by the team.
  • Working with Legal for compilation of affiliate terms and conditions.
  • Suggesting improvements and amendments to terms in reaction to regulatory changes.
  • Ensuring affiliates and their sites are monitored for affiliate fraud and action is taken when required.
  • Compiling SOPs for team procedures and training purposes and review annually.
  • Ensuring affiliate operations team and the wider network of affiliate account managers and executive are aware of procedures with regards to affiliates.
  • Implementing improvements to affiliate software including monitoring software.
  • Making recommendations to replace existing affiliate software solution to ensure calculations are more automated and potentially more frequent payments.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure we are up to date with regulatory requirements for affiliates.
  • Delivering training plans and courses on platforms and processes and offering continual support and guidance to immediate team members and the wider network of affiliate managers and executives.
  • Representing the affiliate channel in all regulatory audits and working groups etc.

What you will need.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within iGaming industry
  • Good understanding of online affiliate marketing
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel to advanced level (Macros, automation, formulas)
  • Excellent numerical skills in previous role essential.
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and be analytical, with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of UK and Ontario regulations for affiliated sites.
  • Other Languages would be an advantage.
  • The position is full-time 40 hours and occasional weekends to cover leave.

Key Working Relationships.

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Operation
  • Key relationships with Commercial team, Finance team, DD team, Procurement team, Business Intelligence team and External platform partner.
