Acquisition Executive (Heart Bingo) | Gibraltar | On-site

We need an Acquisition Executive to join us and be responsible for supporting the team with the development, planning, and execution of acquisition activities and campaigns. You can expect to be involved with the following activities:
- Acquisition promotions planning
- Performance Marketing (PPC, Affiliates, Display, Media Buying) offer planning
- Media Planning and Scheduling
- Media Budget Planning and Execution
- Brand and SEO Marketing
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Acquisition Manager with the day-to-day execution and planning of acquisition marketing activity.
- Proactive daily supervision and reporting on performance marketing and organic channels acquisition results.
- Working closely with Digital Marketing team on execution and delivery of our Display, PPC, Affiliate and SEO channels
- Support Head of Brand with brand campaigns
- Reporting on daily, weekly, monthly activities of the Bingo and Casino acquisition department activity.
- Perform the day-to-day ad placement, and scheduling of event-specific campaigns.
- Assist planning of acquisition activities across Bingo and Casino products
- Brief creative assets to the Creative Department and ensure its delivery to meet deadlines
- Ensure that all customer facing communications are compliant and have received sign-off before going live.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing and other members of the Heart Bingo team to align on campaign delivery.
What you will need:
- Experience and understanding of bingo and casino promotions.
- Gaming experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Compliance practices within the Gaming industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience in PPC, SEO, Affiliates or Display marketing is preferable or a demonstratable understanding of these areas
- Experience in using Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus.
- Experience using Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic is a plus
