Description

Acquisition Manager (Canada) | Gibraltar | On-site. 

The Acquisition Manager will lead all acquisition marketing efforts for the Canadian market, including overseeing affiliate activity. This role focuses on growing customer acquisition through innovative strategies and partnerships, while ensuring the seamless integration of acquisition efforts with retention strategies.

The Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Emerging Markets, driving Canada-specific marketing initiatives to meet key business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:

Lead the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel acquisition campaigns (PPC, Display, ASO) to drive user growth, ensuring delivery against KPIs and maximising ROI.

Performance Marketing Analysis:

Continuously analyse the performance of campaigns, providing detailed forecasts, insights, and reports to drive data-driven decisions. Regularly adjust strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.

Affiliate Oversight:

Oversee existing affiliate partnerships, ensuring they are aligned with overall acquisition strategies and goals. Collaborate with internal teams to explore new affiliate opportunities as the company expands into emerging markets, ensuring BetVictor remains well-represented.

Innovation & Optimisation:

Continuously introduce innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and identify new media and acquisition opportunities, leveraging data-driven A/B testing to guide optimisation.

Cross-Channel Collaboration:

Work closely with Retention, CRM, and Engagement teams to craft cohesive, high-impact cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring that acquisition strategies align seamlessly with retention efforts.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering strong ROI. Present business cases for additional budget investments to fuel further growth.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular market and competitor research to remain up to date with industry benchmarks, ensuring that Canadian marketing efforts are competitive and innovative.

New Marketing Opportunities:

Identify and execute new marketing opportunities, including digital, traditional (OOH), and cutting-edge channels, to extend BetVictor’s reach and drive acquisition.

Social Media Marketing:

Create and manage bespoke social media marketing campaigns targeting both new and existing customers, leveraging platform-specific strategies to maximise engagement and conversions.

Fraud Mitigation Strategy:

Assist in the analysis of how fraud impacts commercial activities and collaborate with the Head of Emerging Markets to implement changes to reduce potential risks and ensure commercial success.

Collaboration with Central Teams:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, Technical, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless integration of acquisition strategies across departments, optimising processes and campaigns for the Canadian market.
