Customer Service Agent (part-time) | Gibraltar | On-site

We need a Customer Service Agent to join our team here in our Gibraltar office, to assist in dealing with all aspects of customer service in a professional manner via Chat, Email, and call-backs always ensuring a professional company image through customer interaction.

What you will be doing:

  • Dealing customer messages, whilst ensuring department quality expectations are met.
  • Prioritising your workload so customer contacts are dealt with within a required SLA
  • Working off your own initiative to allocate emails to oneself and action as required rather than being delegated.
  • Dealing with daily allocated tasks and communicating problems with the site and/or players immediately.
  • Providing flexible rota cover where possible to respond to the needs of the business.
  • Maintaining your knowledge through regular training to achieve scores at 90% or above in the knowledge tests.

What you will need:

  • High standard of computer literacy with the ability to learn various software applications quickly.
  • Prior experience in a Customer Support role along with a professional level of English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent timekeeping and interpersonal skills.
  • A good knowledge of Sports or Casino products would be nice to have.
  • Great communication skills across to deal with teams at all levels of the business.
  • Awareness of Gambling Commission License Requirements and Responsible Gaming obligations.
  • Ability to cover hours will cover a shift pattern across 24/7 and 365 days a year
  • There will be a requirement to work extra hours during busy sporting events.
  • Flexibility to change shifts at short notice as required by the business
