Senior Acquisition Executive (Ireland) | Gibraltar | Onsite

The Senior Acquisition Executive will support the Senior Acquisition Manager and the broader marketing team in the development, planning, and execution of acquisition activities and campaigns for Sports and Casino products across BetVictor Ireland.

The role requires a deep understanding of the Irish betting market and its regulatory landscape and will play a critical role in driving customer growth and acquisition strategies within this region.

The position also encompasses a wide range of marketing activities, including acquisition promotions, performance marketing, media planning, compliance overview, and brand/SEO initiatives, as well as budget management and ROAS reporting, with an ongoing proactiveness for marketing initiatives aiming to achieve yearly goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution:
Assist the Senior Acquisition Manager in the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of acquisition marketing activities across Irish territory. This includes ensuring seamless integration of campaigns across various channels.

Performance Monitoring:
Oversee daily reporting and performance tracking across PPC, Affiliates, Display, and organic acquisition channels, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. 

Collaboration with Digital Marketing:
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure timely execution and optimisation of PPC, Affiliate, Display, and SEO campaigns, aligning with overall marketing objectives. 

Brand Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the Head of Brand to assist in the planning and execution of brand-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with acquisition strategies. 

Data Reporting:
Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on acquisition activities across Sports and Casino verticals, highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. 

Ad Placement & Campaign Scheduling:
Manage the scheduling and placement of digital ads, ensuring campaign timelines are adhered to, especially for event-driven promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Creative Briefing:
Liaise with the Creative Department to brief on creative asset needs for acquisition campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered on time and meet campaign objectives. 

Compliance & Approval:
Ensure that all customer-facing communications, including advertisements and promotions, are compliant with regulatory requirements and have received the necessary approvals before going live.

Campaign Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams across Digital Marketing, Brand, and Product to ensure alignment on campaign delivery and execution, particularly for cross-channel campaigns. 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Industry Experience:
Prior experience or a strong understanding of the gaming industry, specifically related to Sports and Casino promotions, is highly desirable.

Analytical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel is required, along with the ability to analyse data, generate reports, and present findings clearly.

Compliance Awareness:
An understanding of compliance regulations within the gaming industry is crucial to ensure all acquisition activities are fully compliant.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You must be comfortable collaborating with multiple departments.

Attention to Detail:
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail to ensure that campaigns are executed to a high standard and within deadlines. 

Proactive & Driven:
A proactive, problem-solving approach, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 

Digital Tools Expertise:
Experience using digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic) and familiarity with SEO practices is beneficial.
