SportsBook Content Manager (Asia) | Gibraltar | On-site

Purpose of the role:

The Sportsbook Content Manager (Asia) will be the first point of call for all Asia display related queries and concerns and will be responsible for leading our Content team, as well as defining and implementing our Content strategy.

It will be their responsibility to oversee the upkeep of our Asia brands and locales to ensure we maintain and optimise the on-site display for our targeted audiences, whilst remaining legal and compliant.

You’ll be managing and implementing strategies, team processes and setting individual/department KPI’s to ensure we continuously work towards improving our content and products from both a commercial and operational point of view.

You will report and analyse performance data to help drive revenue through placement and quality of our products and tools, and report on the impacts of our on-site strategies.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Responsible for the management and setup of new websites and configurations as we move focus into new B2B brands.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and management of the Asia sites, ensuring the key sporting events are highlighted on the website and tailored for the target audience.
  • Ensure the team deliver releases and features direct from the product team to customer’s fingertips and help shape the product roadmap through continuous feedback, learning, and ability to interpret a customer’s requirements.
  • Define and execute content strategies to help promote the latest products, markets, and innovations.
  • Work closely with other departments and manage any requests from them, ensuring each one is addressed and delivered by each brand/region.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of major events and betting trends across the Asia markets, so our site is optimized to serve the most relevant content to our customers.
  • Design team processes, training schedules and ensure the team is fully aligned with wider business goals and strategy. Take responsibility and manage a team rota to ensure the department is fully covered where necessary.
  • In collaboration with the product team, create strategy around new products/updates so we maximise customer visibility and engagement.
  • Use and develop reporting so you can show impacts of on-site strategy.
  • Oversee and manage working relationships with other departments to ensure any requests or developments are continuously monitored and followed up on when necessary.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to ensure a strategy and plan is implemented for all brands, whilst ensuring the team is fully aligned.
  • Provide reports and analysis to the Head, to help display the effectiveness and results of any site and product developments.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years working in the online gaming industry and within the Asia market.
  • Native in Mandarin Chinese, (written, verbal and presentation).
  • Strong knowledge on Asia betting trends with a sharp understanding of customer-facing priorities.
  • A passion for sport and sports betting – Basic understanding of casino is an advantage.
  • Previous experience implementing and executing strategies.
  • Have a strong managerial background and be able to demonstrate your strengths as a team leader.
  • Strong knowledge of website management. Knowledge on license regulations is an advantage.
  • A well organised individual, able to plan, prioritise, shape a team and drive improvements across a varied range of responsibilities.
  • Able to develop cross-functional relationships effectively and quickly.
  • This role is based on a 40-hour working week including occasional weekend work, as the business requires.
