On behalf of our B2B Partner to drive a new venture in collaboration with BVGroup, based in Gibraltar.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and reactivating customers.
Communication Optimisation: Manage and optimize multichannel communications, including email, SMS, and web push notifications.
A/B Testing: Conduct split testing of communication strategies, analyse results, and integrate findings into ongoing campaigns.
Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement segmented lifecycle campaigns, focusing on customer journeys from acquisition to retention and beyond.
Data Handling: Oversee list management and filtering to ensure precise audience targeting.
Quality Assurance: Test and launch promotional communications and landing pages, ensuring high standards and flawless execution.
Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and sharing learnings with the broader team.
Content Monitoring: Regularly check and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming or tech industry.
- Hands-on experience with CRM strategies, including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation, and performance evaluation.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
- Familiarity with Content Management and Campaign Management Systems is a plus.
- Proficient in managing email, SMS, and web push notification campaigns.
- A keen creative eye with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.
