Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bingo Manager to oversee and elevate our Bingo product within BV Group, with a particular focus on our flagship brand, Heart Bingo. This role will combine strategic oversight with hands-on management, working closely with our Bingo software provider to ensure our offering not only meets but exceeds the expectations of regional and brand commercial teams.
With ambitious growth targets set for the upcoming year, the Bingo Manager will play a crucial role in maximising profitability, scaling the product, and delighting our growing customer base. In addition to Heart Bingo, the role will oversee the Bingo experience across all other BV Group brands, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience tailored to each brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the operations of our Bingo product, ensuring all games and rooms align with the unique requirements of Heart Bingo and other BV Group brands.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a strong partnership with our Bingo software supplier to ensure a top-notch product and customer experience.
- Feature Development & Enhancement: Collaborate with our supplier to identify, evaluate, and agree on new development features to maintain a market-leading Bingo experience.
- Product Development Collaboration: Propose and collaborate on internal product developments that will enhance customer engagement, working closely with the Product team to deliver impactful features.
- Brand Alignment: Liaise with Brand Managers to ensure the Bingo experience is consistent with each brand's identity and objectives, with a special focus on Heart Bingo.
- Game Schedule Management: Evaluate, manage, monitor, and optimise Bingo game schedules for maximum efficiency and appeal.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, especially within the Bingo vertical, and monitor regulatory and compliance changes.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee smooth operational processes, swiftly resolving issues to minimise disruptions and ensure a seamless player experience.
- Customer Support Coordination: Work with operational teams to address and resolve customer queries efficiently, enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse player behaviour, game performance data, and revenue trends to inform strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on Bingo performance, player engagement, and key metrics, offering strategic insights to senior management.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing day-to-day online Bingo operations.
- Product Management: Demonstrated experience in owning and managing a Bingo product roadmap.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive performance.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of trends, technologies, and best practices in the gaming and Bingo sector.
- Results-Driven: A proactive approach to achieving business growth and optimising operations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, maintaining high performance standards amid change.
