Senior Marketing Manager - Asia | Isle of Man | On-site
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive the success of our Promo (Welcome Offer) and Refer-a-Friend (RAF) initiatives within the Marketing and Social Media teams.
This role focuses on acquiring new players, expanding affiliate networks, and elevating brand presence across Asia. The ideal candidate will excel at designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, managing investments, and delivering strong ROI results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns focused on Welcome Offer and RAF programs to drive players and affiliates acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, performance marketing, and social media, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Investment Management and ROI Analysis:
- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI while adhering to overall investment guidelines.
- Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize strategies based on data-driven results.
Brand Development:
- Enhance brand presence through strategic marketing efforts tailored to the diverse Asian markets.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent and resonates with target audiences across all channels.
- Market Leadership:
- Lead marketing efforts across Asia, ensuring regional strategies align with global goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including HVC, Affiliate, CRM, and CS Operations, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, affiliate programs, and ROI optimization.
- Proven experience managing regional markets, particularly within Asia.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Multilingual capabilities in Asian languages are highly advantageous.
