Head of Business Development (Asia) | Isle of Man
Role description:
As our Head of Business Development, you will bring insights from both market and competitor analysis as well as past experiences and apply these to develop and improve our most critical customer facing functions. The successful candidate is a self-starter that is comfortable analysing complex sets of data and being able to draw actionable conclusions. Working closely together with product and payments teams you will be involved from idea through to implementation.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular market and competitor analysis reports, identifying trends and best practices across the Asian region.
· Analyse current performance and identify areas for improvement. Tackle these via introduction of new technology and through process innovation.
· Generate multiple new supplier introductions, ideally through a strong network of personal connections. Working closely with the head of Payments and the product team to onboard relevant suppliers in a timely manner.
· Agree targets for critical customer facing user journeys and lead collaborative efforts together with operations and product teams to ensure these are met.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in online gaming
· University degree in Business Management, Information Technology or similar
· Experience from managing a sizeable team
· Analytical mindset, comfortable in digesting complex information and draw actionable conclusions.
· Excellent presentation skills
· Able to conduct detailed business conversations and negotiations in both English and Mandarin.
