Senior Account Manager (SaaS) | Gibraltar | On-site

We are BVGroup a dynamic team that's shaping the future of online sport betting and gaming. We're dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence and as a leading global brand, we're committed to delivering top-tier products and services to our customers.

Over the past few years, we have successfully launched multiple white-label solutions in the UK and Canada. We are now looking to build up a new revenue stream as a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider and we aim to empower third-party operators with our cutting-edge BV:360 platform.

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the team to spearhead the launch and growth of our SaaS BV:360 offering. Our platform consists of a Player Account Management, end-to-end Sportsbook solution, eGaming Suite, Rewards Engine, Compliance Engine, Payments Hub, Retention Management Tool, Player Flows Tool, as well as a sophisticated Brand Configurator that provides full flexibility to manage our customers' brands end-to-end.

This role requires a professional with a proven track record in SaaS account management, working alongside a result driven team.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.  
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.  
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and best practices to enhance user experience.  
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure a high retention rate.  
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback and insights.  
  • Conduct regular business reviews and analyse customer performance metrics.  
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges efficiently.  

Qualifications and Experience  

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.  
  • Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and managing renewals.  
  • Proficiency in SaaS platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).  
  • Ability to analyse customer data and recommend data-driven solutions.  
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
