Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Analyst to help us build, develop, and maintain technologies used to track and enrich our Digital Analytics across sites, apps, and servers; all for the benefit of acquisition, BI, product, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Develop and maintain a stack of tracking, tagging, and analysis tools.
- Respond to requests for on-site and in-app tracking and tagging.
- Help prepare AB tests and relevant experimentation data.
- Make insights available to key stakeholders.
- Liaise with BI and Analytics teams on generated and ingested data.
- Own Digital Analytics projects.
Key Working Relationships:
- Regular communication with product and marketing teams on how digital
experiences, acquisition and marketing journeys and payment journeys are
performing.
- Briefing Digital Development teams on improvements to the data layer and
access to useful data.
Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of software and application development.
- Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, Python.
- Experience in developing tools and applications.
- Ability to communicate insights around data to multiple stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of web and app functionality.
- Experience with REST APIs, Google Cloud Platform, and Visualisation tools.
- Understanding of User Experience, Product Management, and Marketing Technologies.
Ideal Attributes:
- Gambling industry experience of 3 or more years with a high level of
commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning.
- React and Node skills beneficial.
- Extensive knowledge of sports betting and online casino games.
- Experience in building Google Cloud or Amazon Lambda Functions.
- Engineering experience ideal but not essential.
