The Promotion Executive will work with marketing and CRM teams taking responsibility for implementing promotions aimed at all customer segments across all BVGroup brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up automated promotions across all BV gaming brands and products. Including Sports, Casino and FTP games.
• Ensuring all manual promotion payments are completed correctly.
• Crediting casino free spins where necessary.
• Help minimise promotion abuse and bonus exclude or restrict where we deem necessary.
• Deal with queries with other departments, such as Customer Service about customer problems.
• Investigate and resolve promotional issues and escalate where relevant to the appropriate department.
• Follow the promotions operations SOP to ensure appropriate sign offs are obtained.
• Highlight promotions set up requests that have issues. Escalate appropriately and constructively.
Person Specification, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience within the gaming industry (essential).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be analytical, objective and a Team Player.
• Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Proactive with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in MS office, especially using Excel.
• Be flexible and reactive to change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
