Job Overview:
This hybrid Content Executive role merges the responsibilities of Retention & Engagement Executive and Acquisition Executive, focusing on customer lifecycle management within the UK gambling industry.
The position involves executing CRM campaigns, ensuring acquisition campaigns follow the regulatory guidelines, and updating site content to drive customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute CRM campaigns targeting both existing and new customers. Apply customer segmentation lists to tailor messaging for retention and acquisition efforts.
- Ensure retention campaigns are in line with the regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure that acquisition campaigns for Affiliates and Performance Marketing comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Update site content, promotions, and messaging to align with seasonal campaigns and events.
- Upload and schedule on-site banners, pop-ups, and promotional materials for both retention and acquisition purposes.
- Ensure transparent communication channels with Brand partners are upheld and requests are executed in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Experience in CRM or marketing execution within the gambling, iGaming, or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, content management systems (CMS), and acquisition tools.
- Basic analytical skills for reviewing campaign performance metrics such as retention rates or acquisition costs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of player behaviour analytics and segmentation techniques within the gaming sector.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments (e.g., Compliance, Marketing, Product, BI, Creative).
- Familiar with Affiliate Systems and Performance Marketing platforms such as Google.
