Reporting Manager | EU/UK - Remote

We are seeking a Reporting Manager to join us and lead our data analyst team.
Expected responsibilities
- Technical oversight of the reporting estate (Tableau, scheduled emails, etc.). Including Tableau administration; setting development standards, practices and processes; ensuring stack robustness; driving performance improvements (e.g., reporting consolidations, loading speed improvements); and management of reporting technical debt.
- Day-to-day management of internal projects to improve the reporting estate (e.g., rationalisations, performance improvements, credential reorganisations, migrations).
- Line management of the reporting team.
- Running reporting sprints and retrospectives; running the OAA process for Tableau access grants.
- Collaboration with Analytics to refine and implement their requests.
- Collaboration with data engineering to get data available in suitable formats, to centralise KPI definitions, and to respond to changes in the data warehouse.
Person profile
- Strong data and analytical skills. Including the ability to identify and specify data requirements for projects.
- Strong verbal, written and presentational skills, including the ability to explain analytical concepts and results to non-technical audiences and writing work specifications for others to implement.
- Able to work on multiple projects, including the ability to keep track of deliverables and deadlines.
- Experience in team management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent, responsible and eager to learn.
- Degree in a scientific or quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau, along with Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with R or Python (or similar) is highly desirable.
- Gaming experience in a relevant role.
