Acquisition Executive | Gibraltar | On-site

Purpose of the role

The Acquisition Executive will be primarily responsible for setting up, optimising and reporting on all Acquisition marketing activities for the ROW business. This role will support the Acquisition Manager to deliver campaigns across various display platforms (Income Access, programmatic advertising, ASO, Appsflyer, etc) to support business KPIs to continue to scale and grow ROW further.


Key responsibilities / duties

  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day execution and planning of marketing activity (including Income Access, programmatic advertising, in-app advertising etc). 
  • Onboarding and Commission Set up for Affiliates Marketing. 
  • Proactive supervision and reporting on display performance. 
  • Perform the day-to-day ad placement and scheduling of event-specific campaigns. 
  • Assist in planning and creating acquisition offers for both sports and casino. 
  • Brief display assets to the creative department and ensure imagery is delivered within specified deadlines. 
  • Ensure that campaigns follow compliance guidelines and have gone through the correct compliance process before they are published. 
  • Ensure invoices / billing / procurement documents are raised correctly and in a timely manner to pay both partners and platforms. 
  • Responsible for the onboarding of In-app partners and maintenance of current partners. 
  • Support growth in our ASO performance and growing our in-app acquisition. 
  • Support Central Marketing Team to ensure we are aligned on all SEO activities and that the SEO strategy is being met.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Previous experience in an acquisition / marketing position is an advantage. 
  • Experience in the gambling industry is a plus. 
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken, excellent grammar is required. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team is needed. 
  • A strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills.
