We are on a quest to find a Retention & Engagement Manager to join the team here in our fantastic Gibraltar offices.
Purpose of the role:
The Retention & Engagement Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of our ROW customers. This includes ensuring the content across the sites are managed correctly in conjunction with major sports and events, as well as manage the planning & creation of retention promotions for those events.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Responsible for the management of the ROW websites, ensuring the key sporting events are highlighted on the website and tailored for the target audience.
- Responsible for the retention budget, taking accountability of spend at a campaign and tier level, ensuring reinvestment is within agreed levels.
- Drive customer activity through the planning & creation of both adhoc and automated retention campaigns for both sports and casino, as well as deliver those campaigns through marketing channels.
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure the process for the application of restriction masks are followed correctly.
- Use data and analysis to help drive revenue through placement and quality of our products and tools, as well as optimisation of ad-hoc promotions.
- Responsible for the setup of new websites and configurations as we move focus into new markets.
- Deliver releases and features direct from the product team to customer’s fingertips and help shape the product roadmap through continuous feedback, learning, and ability to interpret a customer’s requirements.
- Ensure all onboarding and reactivation journeys are established and optimised on a regular basis.
- Ensure relevant reporting is in place to effectively measure the performance of all areas of retention.
- Protect the customer and company through expert understanding of our company approach to Safer Gambling, and the wider licensing obligations.
