Purpose of the Role:
As the Senior Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Canada-based acquisition campaigns to new heights. Working closely with the Acquisition Manager and the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring a comprehensive range of acquisition initiatives, ensuring we achieve our business objectives and surpass our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the Acquisition Manager's growth strategy across channels: Collaborate with the Acquisition Manager to implement and refine our performance marketing strategy, encompassing Paid Search, Paid Social, App Promotion, Display & Programmatic, SEO, and ASO channels.
- Proactive campaign management and reporting: Take ownership of daily supervision and comprehensive reporting on all acquisition channels. Your keen eye for detail and data-driven insights will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns and driving sustainable growth.
- Bring innovative thinking to campaign optimization: You'll be the driving force behind continuous improvement, introducing innovative strategies and tactics to enhance the performance of our campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Monitor channel performance and adapt swiftly: Stay at the forefront of performance trends, proactively monitoring campaign performance and making swift adjustments to address challenges and optimize results.
- Collaborate for cross-channel campaigns: Partner seamlessly with the Retention & Engagement teams to create cohesive cross-channel campaigns that amplify our marketing efforts and deliver a unified customer experience.
- Strategic media purchasing and A/B testing: Identify and recommend strategic media purchases based on market insights and data-driven analysis. Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign strategies and uncover hidden gems.
- Support the Acquisition Manager in marketing strategy execution: Assist the Acquisition Manager in implementing effective marketing strategies across Canada, ensuring alignment with our geo-specific goals and OKRs.
- Combat fraud and protect commercial interests: Collaborate with the Acquisition Manager to analyze the impact of fraud on commercial interests and suggest proactive measures to reduce negative consequences.
- Deliver insightful reporting: Provide regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the Bingo and Casino acquisition department's activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Oversee creative asset briefing and delivery: Brief the Creative Department on campaign requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Ensure compliance and adherence: Scrutinize all customer-facing communications to ensure compliance with all regulations and receive necessary approvals before going live.
- Foster seamless collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with all central teams and collaborate effectively with relevant service line teams to ensure Canada is considered and processes are optimized as needed.
Key Relationships:
- Acquisition Manager Canada: Partner closely with the Acquisition Manager to drive acquisition campaign success.
- Central Digital Marketing Team: Collaborate with PPC, Display & Programmatic, Paid Social Managers, and Conversion Optimization specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Retention and Engagement Canada Team: Work in tandem with the Retention and Engagement team to create a unified customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
- External partners: Establish strong partnerships with external agencies, marketing partners, affiliates, and traffic providers to expand our reach and achieve our acquisition goals.
Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in the Ontario and/or Rest of Canada market is highly desirable.
- Gaming industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent Excel skills are essential.
- Knowledge of compliance practices within the Gaming industry is highly valued.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Adeptness to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Experience in PPC, Paid Social, App Promotion, Affiliates, or Display marketing is preferable.
