Senior Marketing Executive | Gibraltar On-Site

BVGroup, a leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment across the UK and internationally, seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to drive our app and conversion efforts. Located in Gibraltar, this role offers the unique opportunity to manage App Store Optimisation (ASO) activities, enhance app discoverability, and spearhead conversion rate optimisation across multiple brands and geographies (BetVictor / Heart Bingo / talkSPORT BET / Parimatch).  

Ideal for an ambitious Digital Marketer eager to establish and develop new business focuses under the mentorship of our Director of Digital Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • App Ranking Optimisation: Lead ASO campaigns to enhance organic user acquisition and app visibility for BetVictor, Heart Bingo, talkSPORT Bet and Parimatch. Conduct keyword research and align app store strategies with each brand's goals. Implement the textual metadata optimization strategy for all the markets: from keyword research to keyword analysis and localization.  
  • App Store Listing Management: Oversee app store listings for each brand, ensuring content is compelling and accurate. Address user feedback and collaborate across teams to improve user satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with the brand teams to help shape the approach to featuring, in-app events, and promotional content. 
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor app performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement and optimisation strategies. Maintain a concise and organized database of ASO results and learnings to share with the broader organization, using this data to inform future strategy. 
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Conduct A/B testing on app store elements and landing pages, closely collaborating with brand teams to enhance conversion rates for each brand. Creating a strategic plan and hypotheses, delivering detailed briefs and feedback on creative assets, implementing, and assessing tests, reporting outcomes, and monitoring their long-term effects on app performance. Collaborate with brand teams to ensure a seamless journey for users from advertising to app installation, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Expertise in marketing, with a focus on data analysis and detail orientation. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 

Skills: 

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric evaluation. 
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating technical ASO concepts and statistical tests to an audience with limited ASO knowledge. 
  • Exemplary attention to detail 
  • Strong planning and execution ability
